We are very happy to ship internationally. However, with all of the size variation in the products we carry, we ask that you please email for shipping costs. We use flat rate boxes unless you specify otherwise. A flate rate envelope costs $14.00, shipping charges go up from their. We can ship some things first class to Canada for a cheaper rate. We strongly advise you to contact us for the correct shipping charges to Canada.

We do not give out or sell any customer information to anyone. We will only contact you if we need to get payment information or there is a problem with your order or service.

Payment


We will be using PayPal for our checkout process. You will be able to choose between PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

Block of the Month Policies and Details


Rambling Rose Quilt Shop Policy:
When you register for our block-of-the-month quilt programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program. We will abide by this policy and prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration.

Cancellation:
Program is non-cancellable and non-refundable.


Start up Fee

Each program has a $25 non-refundable Start-Up Fee. This, not only, tells us that you are invested in the program, but helps us to cover the initial costs of the patterns and fabrics needed. It also allows us to offer you the quilt at a reasonable monthly fee without a large lump-sum payment at the end for borders, binding, etc.

If you are signing up for a Block of the Month, and already have the book/pattern, we will discount the Start-Up Fee by 50%. Just let us know in the comments section of your order, and we will make the necessary adjustments upon billing.

if you have the book or pattern for a block of the month we discount the sign-up fee by 1/2. So if you do not need to receive the book just mention it in the customer comment section and you will be charged 12.50 at sign-up instead of 25.00
 

Monthly Fee
Beginning the first month of the program, and for the duration of the program, you will be billed the amount stated in the details + Shipping & Handling (and taxes when applicable). Unless other arrangements have been made, fees will be billed to the credit/debit card used to pay for the Start-Up Fee

Billing

We bill out many Block of the Month Programs each month, so, each program is scheduled a designated time during the month. Once a Program begins, and is scheduled for that first month, it will be billed on, or about, the same time each month, depending upon weekends and holiday.

If, for any reason, we are not able to charge your credit card, we will call you, and your kit will be held until payment arrangements can be made. For this reason, we encourage you to let us know if you receive an updated credit card or expiration date.We will not hold longer than 30 days unless prior arangements are made.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping & Handling may vary throughout the program. If a kit is larger, and shipping is considerably more than normal, we will charge more shipping. Please know that we do our best to reduce shipping costs, and try to keep your normal, monthly shipping cost to under $5 per kit.

Participation Limits & Cancellations


Participant Limits
For any one of our programs to "make," or actually take place, we must have at least 10 participants. Though most do, not all programs that we offer actually materialize. We also have to set a maximum amount of participants, and once that limit has been reached, a Waiting List will be set up.

Program Cancellations
If a program is cancelled, you will be contacted via email, and given the choice to apply your paid Start-Up fee as a:

  1. $25 store credit
  2. Start-Up Fee for another Program
  3. $25 refund
