Return/Refund PolicyThere are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on books and patterns. Any other products may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a store credit of the purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Item(s) should be in good condition and acceptable for resale. Email us to let us know why it is being returned and if it is a return or exchange. Also send a copy of the invoice with it and an explanation as to what you would like. Put your phone number and email address on the invoice so we can contact you if need be.
