Return/Refund Policy
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on books and patterns. Any other products may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Item(s) should be in good condition and acceptable for resale. Email us to let us know why it is being returned and if it is a return or exchange. Also send a copy of the invoice with it and an explanation as to what you would like. Put your phone number and email address on the invoice so we can contact you if need be.
If the item you receive is defective, it will be replaced at no extra charge to you.

$0.00 - 10.00 = $3.00
$10.01 - 20.00 = $4.99
$20.01 - $30.00 = $5.99
$30.01 - 40.00 = $6.99
$40.01 - 50.00 = $7.99
$50.01 - 60.00 = $8.99
$60.01 - 75.00 = $10.50
Over $75. ships for free after that in the continental USA.
International shipping and UPS are live, so it is the actual cost it will take to get it shipped to you.
When
you place your order and proceed to checkout, you are given a choice of
shipping options and costs, based upon your order total. If you do not
choose a service, the most economical method will be selected.
Privacy Policy
We do not give out or sell any customer information to anyone. We will only contact you if we need to get payment information or there is a problem with your order or service.
Payment
Your credit card will not be charged until right before your order is ready to ship. All international shipments will be held for 10 days due to processing time on international credit cards.
